¿Por qué no me escuchan en las llamadas? ¿Por qué no puedo grabar audios?Si estás leyendo este artículo seguramente sea porque andabas buscando una explicación a ese, cada vez más conocido, fallo de audio en tu iPhone 7. No preocuparse, venimos a solucionar todas vuestras dudas. Vamos a explicaros a continuación qué es, en qué afecta y cómo solucionarlo. ¿Qué es el fallo de audio en placa base en iPhone? Es un fallo en el hardware de tu teléfono que afecta sobretodo a los modelos iPhone 7 y iPhone 7 Plus, y es un daño alojado en la placa base o placa madre, que como en otros artículos explicamos, es la parte más importante de tu iPhone. La placa base está formada por distintos componentes electrónicos como circuitos integrados (IC) que van soldados a ella. En este caso, cuando el error aparece es porque se han soltado los pines del chip de audio y han dejado de hacer contacto con la placa.  Comúnmente se suele creer que cuando nuestro iPhone falla por este motivo, está dañado el micrófono principal o el auricular, pero no es así. Estos dos mecanismos pueden estar en perfectas condiciones sin embargo no pueden realizar su función porque la parte de la placa base encargada de gestionarlos no funciona correctamente. ¿En qué afecta este fallo de audio en tu iPhone? Los primeros indicios de un fallo en placa suelen ser:
 OJO a menudo se confunden estos fallos con un “me escuchan bajito al hablar” “tengo que poner el manos libres para poder llamar porque si no me oyen lejano”. En estos casos, posiblemente el auricular o el micrófono sí estén dañados, por eso continúan funcionando pero no con un sonido perfecto. ¿Cómo lo soluciono? Para que tu iPhone vuelva a funcionar con total normalidad principalmente hay que diagnosticar qué fallo presenta. Si efectivamente el fallo de audio que tiene tu iPhone es de placa base, lo importante es llevarlo a un servicio técnico para que pueda solucionarlo de la manera más efectiva posible (Ya sabes que nosotros somos expertos en reparar iPhone) Estas averías son bastante graves, por lo que recomendamos no dejar vuestros dispositivos en manos de inexpertos ya que podrían dañarse de forma irreversible. La reparación que se lleva a cabo consiste en re-soldar los componentes que se han soltado, así lograremos que puedas continuar realizando llamadas con normalidad porque ¿para qué sirve un teléfono que no nos permite hablar con los nuestros? Malísimo el trato que ofrecen en esta tienda, y encima llevé a reparar mi Iphone y lo repararon mal, dejándome así sin móvil durante mucho tiempo, y encima cuando volví a llevarlo para que solucionaran su error con la garantía que ellos me ofrecieron, no servía de nada la garantía, la verdad que no recomiendo para nada esta tienda, es mejor llevarlo a sitios originales de reparación para así ahorrarte mucho dinero y terminar más contentos, siendo así que querían que volviera a pagar la reparación que ellos hicieron mal, haciendo un total de 600€. En mi mas sincera opinión no volveré a llevar mi móvil sea el que sea a un lugar así, de verdad que es mejor llevarlo a un sitio original y no perder tanto tiempo y tanto dinero.
